Hiring a consulting firm you found online is a leap of faith. The least we can do is remove the guesswork: here is the exact process every engagement follows, from first call to final handoff — so you know what happens next before you ever commit to anything.
The process
Four steps, no surprises
Every engagement — whether it's a CRM implementation, a website build, or an AI project — follows the same structure.

A free discovery call
We ask about your business, what's not working, and what you've already tried. No pitch, no pressure. If we're not the right fit for the problem, we'll say so and point you toward something better — you leave with at least one useful recommendation either way.

A scoped, written proposal
A fixed scope and a fixed price, in plain English: what we'll do, what we won't, what we need from you, and what "done" means. You'll never sign up for open-ended hourly billing or discover the real cost halfway through.

Work in fixed milestones
The work is split into milestones, each with its own deliverable and check-in. You see real progress at every stage and pay per milestone — and if priorities change, you can stop cleanly at any milestone boundary without owing for work that hasn't started.
- 04Included
Handoff and support
Every project ends with documentation and training so your team actually owns the system — we don't build dependence on us. A defined support window is included; after that, you choose ongoing help or full independence.

We won't sell you software you don't need
If a free tier, a simpler tool, or doing nothing is the right answer for your stage, that's the advice you'll get — even when a bigger project would pay us more.
We won't start without a written scope
Handshake projects are how budgets blow up and relationships sour. Everything we do starts from a document both sides have agreed to.
We won't lock you in
You own your accounts, your data, and your systems from day one. Documentation and admin access are deliverables, not favours.
We won't quote before we understand the problem
Any number given before the discovery call would be a guess dressed up as a price. We'd rather spend 45 minutes understanding first.

How much does the discovery call cost?
Nothing — it's genuinely free, with no obligation. Worst case, you spend 45 minutes and leave with a clearer picture of your options and at least one recommendation you can act on without us.
What if we're not ready for a full project?
That's exactly what milestones are for — we can scope the smallest useful piece of work first (an audit, a fix, a single automation) and you decide after each milestone whether to continue. There's no minimum engagement.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes — we work with small and mid-sized businesses in the US, UK, Europe, Singapore, and beyond. Everything is remote-first: calls, delivery, training, and support all work across time zones.
What do we need to prepare before starting?
Very little: a short call, access to whoever knows your current process best, and honest answers about what's actually broken. We'll tell you in the proposal if anything else is needed before work begins.
